This made-on-order system helps us keep pricing affordable, reduce waste, and ensure that every piece you receive is newly manufactured just for you. Because of this unique model, Return-to-Origin (RTO) orders work a little differently. Here’s our clear and honest RTO policy:

🚫What Is an RTO (Return to Origin)?

An order is marked RTO when it is returned to us by the courier because:

• The delivery was not accepted
• The address was incorrect or incomplete
• The customer was unavailable
• The courier couldn’t reach the customer despite multiple attempts
• The delivery was rejected without a valid issue

Since the product was specially manufactured for that order, RTOs affect our pricing, production, and sustainability.

💰Refund Policy for RTO Orders

❌ Refunds are NOT possible for RTO orders.

Because each product is custom-made after order confirmation, an RTO product cannot be resold or reprocessed without loss.
To keep our prices fair and transparent for all customers, refunds on RTO orders are not allowed.

🔄 Reshipping RTO Orders

✔️ RTO orders can be reshipped.

If your order returns to us as RTO, we’ll happily send it back to you — with just one condition:

👉 Reshipping comes with standard shipping charges, which must be paid before dispatch.

This ensures fair cost distribution and helps us maintain our premium quality at affordable pricing.

⏱️ RTO Reshipping Validity

⏳ You have 30 days to request reshipping and complete the reshipping fee.

If we do not receive a reshipping request or payment within 30 days:

• The order will be considered forfeited
• The product cannot be shipped or refunded afterward
• The item will be responsibly discarded or recycled as part of our sustainability practices

This keeps the system clean, fair, and manageable for both sides.

• The product cannot be reused or resold at full value
