That’s why we give you 24 hours from the time you place your order to cancel it.
- During the 24 hours, your order is still unconfirmed.
- If you decide to cancel within this window, we’ll process it instantly and happily.
- No stress, no long emails, no judgment — just a clean, easy cancellation policy.
🚫 After 24 Hours: Why We Can’t Cancel
Once the first 24 hours pass, your order is officially confirmed and sent into production.
Because we manufacture every product only after you order it, cancellation after this stage means:
- Material wastage
- Extra cost
- Higher RTO charges
- And ultimately… higher prices for you
And that is exactly what BOLONEY stands against.
To keep our pricing affordable, our quality premium, and our process fair, we do not allow cancellations after confirmation.

🔁 Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us more than anything.
Even when cancellations aren’t possible post-confirmation, you’re fully covered if:
- You receive a wrong product, or
- You receive a defective/damaged product
In these cases, we will return, replace, or refund without hesitation.
However, if the correct product is delivered in good condition, we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds.
