These Terms & Conditions help us stay clear, fair, and aligned with how our brand truly works.

By using boloney.in or placing an order, you agree to the Terms below. We’ve kept them simple, straightforward, and genuinely transparent.

BOLONEY (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an affordable premium clothing brand with a made-on-order approach.
This means:

  • Every product is manufactured only after you place an order.
  • This helps us maintain low pricing, reduce waste, and offer you fresh production every time.

“You”, “your” refers to any visitor, user, or customer interacting with our platform.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

To shop with us, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old, or
  • Using the website under parental/guardian supervision.

3. Product Info & Transparency

We work to represent our products accurately. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to different screens.
  • Measurements are approximate.
  • Small design/production variations may occur because each piece is freshly made on order.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).
  • Prices may be updated without prior notice based on materials and production changes.
  • Payments are accepted only through secure online modes — No COD is available.
  • We do not store or access any card details; all payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways.

5. Order Confirmation Policy

Your order is officially confirmed only after you receive a Confirmation Email/SMS.
Since all products are made-on-order, confirmation helps us begin production immediately.

6. Cancellation Policy

We allow cancellations only before order confirmation.

  • Cancellation Window: Within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Refund Timeline for Cancellations: 1–3 business days

Once confirmed, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled.

Confirmed orders can be returned or replaced only if the product delivered is:

  • Wrong
  • Damaged
  • Defective

7. Shipping Policy

We ship with trusted partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, etc.

Key Points:

  • Production Time: 2–3 days
  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: On prepaid orders
  • No COD available
  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

Any courier delays due to logistics, weather, or operational issues are beyond our direct control, but we will always assist wherever possible.

8. Return & Replacement Policy

Because each product is made only after you order, returns are limited to specific scenarios.

We accept returns/replacements only if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered
  • Defective product delivered

Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery (including the day of delivery).
Return Charges: No charges for valid wrong/defective/damaged returns.

Refund Processing (for approved returns): 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

9. Refund Policy

You are eligible for refunds in these cases:

  • Cancellation before order confirmation: Refund in 1–3 days
  • Approved return of wrong/defective/damaged product: Refund in 5–7 days after inspection

Refunds are credited to your bank/UPI account as per your chosen payment method.

10. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If an order is marked RTO due to:

  • Unreachable customer
  • Wrong address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Delivery refusal

Refund will not be possible.
However, we offer reshipping of the same product within 30 days, with applicable shipping charges.
Since the product is made-to-order, this ensures fairness and avoids additional losses.

11. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Copy our content without permission
  • Introduce viruses or harmful code

Any misuse may lead to restricted access or legal action.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on boloney.in—logo, taglines, product visuals, brand story, text—belongs to BOLONEY.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

14. Third-Party Services

We may link to or use third-party platforms (payment gateways, courier partners).
Their policies differ from ours.
We are not responsible for their content, security, or practices.

BOLONEY is not liable for:

  • Courier delays
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Slight colour/measurement variations due to digital representation
  • Indirect or incidental damages from using our website

We always strive to deliver the best, but some factors are beyond our control.
