At BOLONEY, every product is made fresh after an order is placed — which means we maintain transparent and fair refund rules to keep our pricing affordable and our process clear for every customer.
Here’s exactly how the refund policy works, kept simple and honest.
💳 1. Refund for Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours before it gets confirmed as per our refund policy.
If you cancel during this window:
✔️ Refund Time: 1–3 Days
Your cancellation refund will be initiated immediately and will reflect in your bank account within 1–3 business days.
After the 24-hour confirmation window, cancellations are not allowed as the product enters production.
📦 2. Refund for Returned Products
Refunds are only applicable if:
- A wrong product is delivered
- A damaged product is delivered
- A defective product is delivered
Once the return request is approved and the product is picked up, it will undergo a quick quality-check.
✔️ Refund Time: 5–7 Days
Your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and approved by our quality team.
Only these cases qualify for a refund.
Returns for customer preference, wrong size selection, or change of mind are not eligible.
🚫 3. Refund for RTO Orders
Products marked RTO (Return to Origin) due to customer unavailability, refusal, incorrect address, or non-cooperation with delivery are not eligible for refunds.
RTO orders can only be reshipped with standard shipping charges (valid for 30 days).

🔒 4. Refund Method
All refunds are either credited directly to the customer’s bank account, UPI, or original payment method, depending on availability, after deducting payment gateway charges or credited as store credits without any deduction as per the customer’s require.
