✅ What “Order Confirmation” Means at BOLONEY
When you place an order on boloney.in, it enters our system as an unconfirmed order.
During this stage, your product is not in production and can still be edited or cancelled.
Your order becomes confirmed only after 24 hours from the time of placement.
This confirmation step allows us to:
- Review your order details
- Validate size, color, and product accuracy
- Check payment status
- Prepare it for manufacturing
⏳ The 24-Hour Confirmation Window
We provide a 24-hour buffer for confirming any order.
This window exists for your convenience, giving you time to:
- Make changes
- Fix mistakes
- Update size or address
- Or even cancel the order if needed

Once these 24 hours pass, your order is automatically marked as confirmed.
🏭 After Confirmation: Manufacturing Begins
After confirmation, your order moves straight into our production queue.
We operate on a made-on-order model, confirmation triggers:
- Material allocation
- Cutting & preparation
- Manufacturing
- Quality checks
From this stage onward, the order becomes non-cancellable, as work on your product has officially begun.
We do this to keep pricing low, reduce wastage, and ensure that every piece you receive is freshly made.
🔁 Post-Confirmation Support
Even after your order is confirmed and in production, our commitment to you stays the same.
You’re eligible for return, replacement or refund only if:
- A wrong product is delivered, or
- A defective or damaged product reaches you
If the correct product is delivered in perfect condition, we won’t be able to offer returns or refunds — keeping the process fair, transparent, and sustainable.
